I was wondering how to make a tables layout for a website. CSS or HTML. I don't care.

You posted two hours after she did. If people came in here and didn't reply, they probably didn't know the answer. That's not too uncommon - I'd rather someone who knew what they were talking about replied to my help thread than someone who was just like "Sorry, I don't know."
