my comp says i have this 'black worm' virus... there are various pop ups, and sometimes windows freeze, close without reason, etc... i've tried a virus scan and stuff, but it's still there. help? has someone had this too? i couldn't find another topic on this

First off, theres a topic on viruses. It might not be this specific on, but if you go up to the pinned topics, the very first one is, "get rid of viruses."

And 2nd, of course it's still going to be there if you do a Virus scan. Virus Scans only tell you that you have a virus. Thats it, so you need an actual Anti Virus to get rid of it.
