Hmm...are there any tutorials for lineart in PSP?

no, no tutorials.
mainly because the psp pen tool doesnt have the 'simulated pressure' option.

maybe PSPX does?

Well, if it does, then you can make flat solid linework with that.

this is an extremely awesome tutorial for lineart in ps. to get the stimulated look, after each line you make you can get a soft edge eraser and erase to get the stimulated pressure look.

butttt you might wanna make each line on a layer, and then merge when you get done with sections.
