no, no tutorials.
mainly because the psp pen tool doesnt have the 'simulated pressure' option.
maybe PSPX does?

but it does have a stroke path option? right?
Well, if it does, then you can make flat solid linework with that.

true, you could always do that.
but the psp pen tool..is a little different.
you can try following ps lineart tutorials though.

http://www.deviantart.com/view/21814747/this is an extremely awesome tutorial for lineart in ps. to get the stimulated look, after each line you make you can get a soft edge eraser and erase to get the stimulated pressure look.
butttt you might wanna make each line on a layer, and then merge when you get done with sections.
