What treatment is used to cure cavities?

^i cant say "go to a dentist" if i do..i need to tell what they do, and what they use and stuff..and i dont know what they do or use cuz i've never had a cavitie..so i seriously dont know..

I think it depends on how deep/large the cavity actually is. Since you've never had one before, it probably isn't that deep, so you might just get a filling. They don't hurt.

You should go to a dentist before it gets deeper, though. I mean, that's what they're there for.

Yeah, when you go to the dentist, if it's not too deep, they'll give you a filling.

i just went to the dentist [my aunt] hehe.. and she told me i had two very small cavities that are not gowing to grown anymore but i have two cavaties!!! ive never had any... this is sad.

I don't think you can "cure" cavities without the help of a dentist. You just gotta go, and it won't hurt unless your tongue gets in the way.

You can't cure them, but you can get fillings. They're pretty expensive though. I ate a lot of candy when I was a kid (I still do), so I had a ton of fillings done.

The cavity will most likely only get worse if you don't see a dentist about it. That's the only advice I can give you. :P

well it's been awhile since i've had a cavity. the last time i had it it was for a baby tooth that's gone now so it wasnt that bad. i think they numbed my gums with novicane(?) and they put in a filling on top of my tooth.

floss! most people don't floss their teeth...but to prevent cavities you really should so that old food doesn't rot in your teeth.
