Although you say you know you do not have 50 posts you still need them. It's in the rules. I'm sorry but you'll have to start posting to do it. And when you do reach 50 posts request in the blogger/xanga/myspace/website request section.

You can look around Xanga banner sites to see if you can request. I'd rather get your posts up to 5 instead of that since most of the Xanga sites make kinda crappy banners, unless you can find one with nice skills.
