I don't think it's possible. Use some photo editing programs instead.

If you don't mind ugly pictures, Microsoft Paint will do. If not, there're a bunch of freeware photoediting stuff out there (is there really? i dunno. go to www.download.com to check) and use those.

try downloading free rials of photoshop or psp

or you can get ps or psp off of kazaa if you dont want to pay.

Kazaa has a really bad rating. Its going to the pits. With messed up songs and disruppted files. Try Warez P2P, it has a great download rate.

You can make your own banner BG skins. Try to experiment in Photoshop. Having your own skin is better.
