well i am new to this country.. but in ma other school kids like 9-15 years are beated up by teacher at shool..(will u belive that).. so wat do u thing should kids be betted at school or not.. ? why?

Especially in America, it wouldn't be proper for a teacher to beat a student. The most that would happen is that the student would be punished for detention or be given warnings - the severity of punishment depending on what the student had done. America is all for the rights of the citizens and is against physical abuse of any sort in order to promote obedience, unless it is absolutely necessary.

It's the kids problem if he doesn't listen to me and I have to call his parents. It's also his problem if he refuses to pay attention and then get an F on my tests.

I would most likely punish them by other means such as detention, warnings or lectures, or by sending them to the principle's office. If the student is very undisciplined, I would even go as far as suspending them for a day or two from school. But I would never physically harm them in any way.

I do not support any event that a teacher places forceful physical contact unless it is to reprimand a student who has gone to the extreme. (like has a gun or knife er something but then again that would be some brave teacher if they can disarm a psycho..)

my teacher use to beat me.. had me stay after class and she'd say i've been naughty.. then i'd casually bend over while she used her miniwhip on me.. i'd slightly let out a release of pain as she proceeded to unbutton her blouse. that was the first time i realized how beautiful my teacher was. her tussled brown hair shiftly came across her face as she scolded me. i was afraid.. very afraid. her hands caressed my buttocks as she proceeded to spank me again. for some reason i enjoyed it more this time. a stimulation expanding in my butt. her hand reached around to the front of my pants as i couldn't help but hide my.. tacos i stuffed my pocket to eat after class. she took my taco away from me =/

Beating up a student is just a way to tell students to pay attention and to study harder... Many students at my skool are extreamely annoying.. No matter what the teachers tell them to do, they won't ........If the teacher could just beat him once...He would be a GOODY GOODY boy....

I think its wrong for teachers in ANY country to hit a child. Would you like it if you did something funny and you got beat on it for? Heck no. If my teacher ever beat me or touched me I'd stand up take the thing outta her hand and beat her with it. Make her go sit in MY seat.Lets see how she likes it.

yes this is true...my boyfriend was sent away for 2 months i think. you can get hit or beaten by THREE teachers...for basically no reason at all, they can do it if they just feel like it...and if you hit a teacher, you can get sent to jail and get a beating worse than a teacher can give

people send their children away for anything, my boyfriend says that some of the kids parents sent them there because they were simply gay

and you know what? sending your kid there costs HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS, it's a LUMP SUM not a monthly payment, that's what pisses me off so much, why do parents pay so much f*cking money to send their children away?...also it's not like a luxury hotel, they barely get fed, and the food is loaded down with fat so it looks like they've been fed well

The true punishment of spanking would probably be humiliation. I don't think the kid would even notice the pain.

Also, especially if a girl was spanked by a male teacher, that could too easily be considered sexual harassment. Teachers must be VERY careful about what they do and say to kids.
