First Terragen render on my new computer. This is just a 1:3 version of the fullsize (1600x1200 instead of 4800x3600), I'll be rendering the larger version later on, and I'll be sure to add in some goodies (waterfalls, trees, birds, etc.)
A little something to whet your appetite. It's not big enough for a wallpaper on most computers, so don't bother if you're 1024x768 and up.
Click for 800x600.
UPDATE 11600x1200, final render (no postwork)
UPDATE 2 1600x1200, final render (Added waterfall, lighthouse, and other smaller details)
UPDATE 3 1600x1200, final render (Added mansion, some birds and took out lighthouse)

This is amazing! The lighting is great and the scenery is just beautiful.
I used to have Terragen, and used it maybe 5 times at the most. So I'd say you're definitely better than my first time.
Great job! I wish I could give better advice, but as far as my Terragen knowledge shows me, it's brilliant!

This isn't my first time, actually.
But you should get back into it. You can come up with some really nice renders if you just keep trying.

I might, I really prefer working with Adobe PS. I heard that you can combine the two somehow, but at the moment I'm trying to keep my computer as software-free as possible. I really junked up my old one :D

It's a 3D terrain generator, and it costs $100, I think (a relatively cheap price to pay, considering Photoshop and others cost four or five times as much.)
