My mom dated an arabic man for about 6 years(halfway through they became engaged, its over now but thats another story lol). I was over at his house a lot and so I got to have lots of yummy food. I'm now a big fan of middle eastern food. So I was wondering if anyone here at cB liked it too. It was so long ago though I don't remember all of the foods.

Some of my favs are(in no order):

Shawarma
Falafel
Hummus

Also, his mom sometimes made great spanakopita. I know, thats greek and not really a middle-eastern dish but she made it very well! Although I don't think she used feta cheese.

Anyways, am I alone here in loving this food? happy.gif
