Is there a way to change the brightness of the picture?
Like these see the 1st one is dark and the 2nd one is light.
I want to change the dark one so it would be like the light one.
How would i do that?

I use PS and PSP.

is that for ps or psp?

I think it's for PSP. I'm using PS and couldn't find it. I think you adjust it in PS by going to Image > Adjustments > Shadow/highlight.

Oh. Damn. My menu's are different. Wrong program. PSP9.
Adjust -> Brightness and Contrast -> Brightness/Crontrast
