the successor to the next gamecube would be my choice. nintendo has been a fine company for over 100 years now, they're definitely not going to dissapoint. microsoft has no good games and sony usually has the worst hardware out of all three and costs too much money.

however i want to take a look at the nintendo DS. most people believe it will be a failure. while i have doubts about the handheld as well, i think it has potential to sell at least as much as the gba.

the psp seems like a strange idea to me. it's a disc driven system. it also has force feedback. so you're getting mad skipping or a higher price due to a anti skip system.

btw, sony's new console will be the PSX, not PS3.

oh. well, i like rpg's too. and many, many good rpg's come out on Nintendo consoles. And good adventure games come out on Nintendo consoles. And platformers. And racing. And so on.

i`m gunna get the next PS ... i love playstation ... `nd i MIGHT get the PSP ... i dunno though `cause i already have a gameboy SP

I have seen/owned all the systems :) ((Game freak)) Over all I think Sony has really stood up to the challenge. Especially Since Sega<tear> has basically become a game creator and lost the flare for systems. But PS was the new system in town and it still does pretty good. Over all though Nintendo is the sleeper system. You think it stupid and childish cause of the games it puts out but that is just a cover.... the truth is it really does handle well :) So I think I will get the PSX/3 and since nintendo usually sells for about 75% of what the others cost I will end up getting that also.... But I am VERY Anti Xbox.....awesome power but no deliverance till a year or so later..... thats sad

I think I am going to choose nintendo since I was a nintendo fan for all these years. However, GTA and the WWE:smackdown series in the PS series got my mouth watering. It might be a hard choice for me

heh, gamecube is the smallest out of all three. i don't think the ps3 will do as well. i heard square is actually in financial trouble after their crappy FF movie. that's why they merged with enix. and i think they're looking at developing ff on other consoles
