What are some good programs that are good for coding website layouts? I already know about Microsoft Front Page, and Macromedia Dreamweaver. Are there anymore that you can use where you can drag div's and i-frames around, like in Dreamweaver?

Hmm, I can't really say I'm familiar with anything else, I much prefer notepad+photoshop to anything else. Sorry, that doesn't really help. x(

Although, I'm pretty sure this should go in web development since it relates to coding and/or making actual website templates.
