it doesnt look much.. but it took forever and has as much html crap as all the other divs.

I don't see any div layout, it's just a default myspace page.
It looks to me that you just repostioned certain tables.
I couldn't see much as the view in IE (at least the IE I'm using) is really messed up. 
you cant just rearrange the default pages..
