The sun took the rain away,
I wish it could be mine.
It covers the whole universe
in a grey and glossy shine.
The lighting makes the city glow,
even all the lamps are dim.
And fills up the whole universe
with light up to its rim.
The thunder makes my heart shake,
but that’s alright with me.
It trembles the whole universe,
The ground to the tops of the trees.
The whole storm made me blissful,
and left with a funeral’s grace.
But as it said goodbye there was
bittersweet plastered on my face.
It should come back.
It should come and stay.
It made my universe
an unoriginal every day.
