Requirements? a portoflio of your works, a friendly person, easy to contact.

Package? i haven't thought about the webspace. i guess if you need a certain
amount, i can do. i have all the usual things. mysql, perl, etc.

Why? i'm doing this for only one reason. i want to help some web designer out.
