What do you do when you have sex with someone who is legal and your onl a minor? I can't face the police, so I tried a different tactic. But he struck back by telling everyone he isn't a sex offender, that I'm making it up, and that everything I say is only a act of revenge and isn't real. But it is! I have text messages from him, e-mails, a picture I took on my phone and I can map out everything in his house including the basement. Nobody beleives me now when I say I'm not making these things up. And I'm afraid the authoities won't believe me either. I really don't know what to do in a situation like this. I'm frustrated, and angry, and scared.

Did he rape you, or did you submit yourself to it?

Sounds like you have enough proof to convince the police, but what are you trying to convince them of? It's illegal for you too. Just don't delete the texts, or write them down or something, save the emails and everything else. If you just had sex with him and regretted it later, then I don't think this is worth all your trouble.

Why did u have sex with him in the first place? Was it consentual(sp?) or did he force you. If you agreed to hae sex with him then there's nothing you can do about but did u know that he was an adult or did he lie about his age? If he did I think u could go to the police. Also if u have all theose-mails and stuff you can tell the police that he had sex with a minor and that he is harrassing u after you told him to leave u alone. You can file a restraining order

it sounds like you had consensual sex with this person because you too pictures with your phone and you're not willing to go to the police.

if you were raped and you freaked out about it, you definately should not just sit here.

also...it's pretty unsettling but you most likely have to have your parents with you at the police station if he did rape you. you're a minor and your parents are the ones who will have to file the statutory rape charge.

if it was consensual and you just want to get him in trouble, that is horrible

If it was rape, then you should definitely go to the police. If it was consensual, then why do you want to tell anyone?

Pretty much what everyone else has said. If it was rape, then go to the police immediately. If it was consensual sex, and you're the minor, he could still be convicted, but if theres no evidence that you actually engaged in sexual activity, then nothing can happen. What do the texts say ? What are the pictures. What are the e-mails about.

Even if you're a minor and you consented to it, he'll still get chared with statchatory (sp?) rape.
