Omg they`re BEAUTIFUL! the 2nd and 3rd one best.

o__O So much stuff....

Anyways..

1. I don't really like how her pic is drawn, but that's okay. I like the brushes/images behind her adn the colors. Though th eblue and white striped line doesn't really need those black dots. Weird contrast since it makes it look so dirty whereas the bg is all.. yeahh..

2. I like the effects but the picture could be centered more?

3. I like the effects here too, and how her pic stands out and is outlined at the right, but the outline and her outline is a bit pixelly and rough.

4. I like the placing of the pictures, but I can't help but stare at the only black and white picture at the top left. A different paint splatter could be used at the top, and maybe one more splatter on the left. Good job blending though.

But overall, nice work. Oh yeah. o____O I have a thing where I must see borders haha.

All those are absolutely gorgeous! I can't pick a favorite!

I like the third Katie one a lot, especially her outline (I think you should add borders on all of them ) I also like the Cedric and Cho one too and the first avatar is my favorite!

Daniel Radcliffe looks really good in those pictures..and first I thought the Emma Watson one was too crowded, but it really fits together nicely! The avatars are also very nice.

And the one of you is so pretty! I really like that one.

So, the only problem I have is that they don't have borders! I think you should add them :)
