The curly one is Carpenter ICG. The plain one... Copperplate Gothic? As for the rest, it depends what program you use.

If apply a outer glow effect to the text, so it'll glow.
As for it being transparent... Hm. It's much easier in PSP.... But if you rasterize the text layer, select the text, delete it and then apply a stroke to it... It would look like that, I do believe.
