Okay, so every time I try my code, I have my user picture show up, even though I don't want it there. Now, I know how to make it hidden, but there's a problem - if I make it hidden, it hides my map as well. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this, as it's really annoying me. Thanks!

you mean your default user pic?

if thats the problem (because you didnt give a link to your LJ) ,then just choose "no default picture".

But, if I select no default user pic, will it still show up when I leave comments and things like that? Probably not, I'm guessing? I'm looking for a way to have my default user pic show up when I leave comments, but not when someone looks at my page...but I don't know how to hide my picture without hiding the map as well.

It will hide your image map, but you need to add this to the code for the image:



If you're hiding your userpic, every image has to have that code or it will also be invisible.
