I have a couple of .rmvb videos that are only playable in Realplayer and I was wondering, is there a program for me to take screenshots of the video while it's playing.

Well, I use VLC. I believe that if you used the Real Alternative plugin, you could play real formats in VideoLan. And then you can take the shot in there.
