I really need help creating decent navigation for my website...Ive seen some really nice ones like

The example you've shown is flash. wink.gif So most of what you've seen would probably be flash then. You'd have to have Macromedia Flash or SWiSH to create something similar.

Try this tutorial as well.. I use it when I want something different, so if you use absolute positioning for your navigation, you might want to look this over (no flash, all html).
