can some PLEASE cry.gif tell me how2 slow down an animation

like the one i attached PLEASE cry.gif

Open it in Adobe Image Ready. Look down to the left. You will see a little box that looks like a film roll type timeline. Click on each image in that list and change the amount of seconds it stays visible.

You can right click on each frame and duplicate the frame once or twice. Be sure to do it for each frame. It's moving fast because you only have 2 frames.

dosent this belong in webdesign because it is with photoshop?

Right-click, you should see a menu. There's one that says Frame Properties. Put a number between 70 and 400 in. Lower if you'd like it faster, higher if you'd like it slower.
