i used to have 2 inch spikes,but since i cut it,now i have 3/4 inch hair so i cant spike my hair well.its difficult since i have short hair,i know it sounds wierd but i cant spike short hair,but long hair.the MOST DIFFICULT PART TO SPIKE IS MY BACK HEAD HAIR.so any help?how do you do yours?

I don't spike my hair. I think it makes people look like Sonic the Hedgehog! lol

i never spike my hair but if i tried, all i had to do is pull my hair back back to upwards position because my hair is flat on my head.... lol

Apply gel on hands. Use hands to Spike hair. Don't spike the entire back of your hear, just the top and a little of the back.

All of my punk friends use this hair spray called .....umm.....rave i think....i kind of 4got ....but they also use a little bit of elmers glue after that. I think I'll ask them again in school tommorrow.


but 4 short hair i recommend hot spkies it's this squishy stuff that hold any shape u put your hair in.

I think spikey hair on younger guys is attractive..but as you get older, it looks childish..i dont spike my hair 'cause im a girl...

and dont spike the back..just the top..use gel first, then spray it with hair spray..not too much though

or wet your hair and then blowdry it up and then gell it like that

theres no way im adding urine and semen!doesnt glue or wax damage your scalp or affect hair growth or hurt your hair?

yeah i guess .. any styling product with alcohol can fade your hair color if used repeatedly.

I used to spike my hair...I used wax and then hair spray since gel always got flakey, and it's good if your hair is really short.
Now, my hair is longer, but wax is good to show spikes

Put gel in your hands. Rub hands together. Run hands through hair, lifting (spiking) as you go.

Yeah^ and if gel doesn't work. Use hair glue. That stuff is fuuuunn.

hold your head up upside down while combing the back of your head up

use some hair spray, gel, and a blow drier

that'll get that back hair up

i use a combination of gel, water to dilute the gel to make it more thin, a layer of hairspray, and blow dry that sucka till it's dry :P

JUST DON'T SPIKE DUDE.

put gel on your hair and rub it all around.
slick it all the way back for a con man type look.
then starting from the back of your head just fling it straight forward so it goes up.
