Umm.. you could get her a little something, just to show you care. Because if you dont, and she is expecting you to, you will probably get something like "Its by birthday.." over and over again to rub in the point of... its her birthday.
I know some girls who would do that, i wouldnt because its rude, but hey.

yeh! get her a gift! nothing too expensive though... juss sumthing to show you appreicate her! how about suprising her! surprise her with a pizza that says *happy birthday* got that from the princess diaries..

Get her a gift! It's always nice to get gifts from guys. Nothing too expensive since you've only been going out for a week. Get something simple but meaningful.

Yeah, you should definitely get her something, but nothing huge since you haven't been going out for a long time- just something to let her know that you care about her and remembered her birthday.
