there's growth hormone treatment you can inject yourself with(needle-free option as well) expensive though- might have to be before puberty too (too late in your case im assuming).. i believe theres one for adults too though.

Take calcium pills and obtain food and drinks with calcium. Limit caffine such as Coffee, soda, and etc. Stretch and swim is good for your height too! But, do it usually everyday.

i saw those things that slowly separate your ones about a milimeter a day allowing new bone to grow in the gap, eventually making ppl taller. u shud look into it.

Don't worry, I use to be VERY small in height, but I made up for that and I've grown. :]
