actually it's not really because of the friction, it's because the foreskin keeps the head of the penis more sensitive. when you don't have a foreskin, your boxers and whatever else rubs against it everyday so it's not as sensitive

I don’t want to double post what has already been stated but reiterate that for most countries of the world except the USA, removal of the male foreskin is generally only done for medical or religious reasons.

It is a tenet of both the Jewish and Moslem faith that the male foreskin be removed as soon as possible after birth. The removed foreskin is known in Jewish colloquialism as the 'Shmuck'...so now you know what this pleasant term of endearment is.

As a male of some experience I can tell you as with all skills, the more you practice, the better you become and your technique improves over the years, especially with experimental partners.
