soo i kno will smith use to be a rapper and what not before he was a actor, but do u think he's any good and do you think that he should just stop rapping and stick too acting or do both?

Will Smith is a talented actor, and he's marketable. Thats why he can go into an office and demand 50 million dollars per movie. If his acting is so bad, then why are his movies selling out the box office? Ok, so you didn't like Hitch, big whoop, although it was a good movie aimed to couples in their lates twenties/early thirties, it was a movie that people could watch and relate to.

As for Will Smith as an artist, he's not "gangsta" and he's not like your favorite "backpackers" but the fact of the matter is, he's making music, there's no message of mysogyny, violence or blatant ignorance and he encourages having a good time. Whether or not you like it is irrelevant, but that doesn't make him terrible.

So, do us all a favor (especially fans of the entertainment forum) and shut the fcuk up.
