ive never dyed` my hair blonde before.. >.< i think it only looks ugly on two people that i know of.. but everyone else.. as long as its not SUPER DUPER BLONDE.. its pretty =]
tokyo-rose
There are a lot of those people where I live. Personally I don't really like it and I'd never do it, but some guys look good with it.
Laughsalot
i'm asian and i don't like the look of it. it's just bleh. it's not racist it's just the fact how many of them look. usually blonde highlights suit cocasion ppl better and reddish/brownish look better on asian ppl. it's just the way it is.
rentheadxsquared
I think it basically depends on the person.

hm...i dunno if i replied in this one...because i swear i thought there was one in fashion..not sure...but i dont really like asians with dyed blonde hair...its sorta ok with highlites though on some people
Magus
I support it completely <3

Some asians pull it off extremely well

There are quite a few asian guys that look awesome with dyed blonde hair,

and I personally know a few females that look great with it <3

I say dye it if you like it <3

No one else should care anyway
Serendipity
nahh, i think natural dark hair looks more attractive, though blond highlights are okay.
doork
Its whatever.. I don`t care.
ST3PHANIE
I think it looks okay, depending on the person but if they like it then yeah..
Dreamers
I think that the sorta highlights Brenda Song has look really good on Asians, I don't think it looks good blonde but, they can do whatever they want with it.
Just2Fresh
I told my girlfriend if she ever does that ill break up with her.
Kathleen
^ What a great boyfriend. Besides, Tila's cute, and she has blonde hair!

Just2Fresh
Oh i know i am thank you.
think!IMAGINARILY
I usually don't think so.
On some guys, maybe..
Most of the time no.

hahawhatever tickles your fancy.
wow, that sounded dumb.

it depends on the person, of course. also, kathleen is a genius
Just2Fresh
I dont see how me telling my gf i dont want her to dye her hair blonde makes me a bad bf. Im pretty damn sure you've told your bf/gf something before in the past that you didnt want them to do right? Uh huh.

Anyways Blonde on asians= as paris would say "not hott" besides Tila
xMayleex
Personally I don't like it. I think it comes across fake .. natural looks prettier but it's up to them whether or not they want to dye their hair.
Psychotic
It does look weird, though some can pull it off it's still out of place.
helloxtine
to me it seems like they're giving themselves the "FOB" look
it looks better when you dye your hair with colors that blend in
[in my opinion]

Well you're controlling what she can or cannot do.. how does that make you a decent boyfriend? Besides, you just proved my point with the "besides Tila" - IT DEPENDS ON THE PERSON.

controlling a person's appearance as in what color his/her hair is is completely different than asking someone to not start smoking or something.

"if you dye your hair, i'm breaking up with you" is a stupid and selfish thing to say. it's her hair... let her do what she wants.

way to be a supportive friend.
KissMe2408
it really matters on the person, I've seen some people who could pull it off quite nicely.

But the majority, no. I personally don't think it looks that attractive.

i think it looks pretty trashy on most asian girls. but goood for them if they can pull it off cause most cant.
SimplicityGirl
Most can't pull it off. Some can...so on the whole, I believe Asians should dye their hair red, dark brown, brown, or some other colour that blends in quite nicely.

i hate it when asian girls do it because it looks so weird. it's not really blonde, it's like orangey and they don't even get the dye job right.

It's because most of the asian girls who do it bleach it instead of getting it professionally done. And bleach never really comes out pure blonde.

idk. Some asian girls can pull it off. I just know I'd never do it.

I don't think it's wrong to tell your gf/bf your opinion... but if you say you'll break up with her if she ever dyes her hair blonde and you're actually SERIOUS about it, then there's obviously something wrong with your relationship.

I mean, like if my "boyfriend" wanted to shave his head, I'd be like "oh no, please don't" because I'm the one who's gonna have to look at that after he does it. But I wouldn't break up with him if he decides he wants to shave his head. Because,... I'm pretty sure I wouldn't get into a relationship where the only attraction is the physical attraction.

Some of my friends say its a disgrace. I dont really care. I think if they want to be blonde, then let them. But real talk i dont like it either.

I do think it's a disgrace also, a disgrace to the black haired people. Sometimes it makes me mad because it's like they hate being asian. It's like insulting sometimes.

But I shouldn't be talking because I have some PINK in my hair. I do love my black haired roots tho.
yrrnotelekktric
can`t say i`m a big fan. thumbdown.gif
Sakuya
Some people can pull it off, but mostly it's ew, no.

Personally, I don't like it. It just contrasts too much. There are some girls that can pull it off. But around where I live, most asian girls have dyed their hair to a light brown with blonde highlights.

^^Word.
rochelley-o
I think it's alright, for those girls who can pull it off. My friend's sister recently dyed her hair blonde and it looks good on her. There are those girls, though, who it just doesn't look right on.
AimeeLynn
i think it looks so fake, and it looks weird idk
i think its just me... i like red hightlights asians more better
monxcheri
this is a definite no imo. everytime it`s done, it looks really cheap. i think we should just stick to black, brown && reddish in some cases.
xklipse
^yeh, it does look cheap....I never seen an asian girl who can pull off that look where I live. its especially gross when their roots come out, and some girl just left it like that where haft of their head is black and somewhere below the ear is completely blond w/o a transition.
eugh
monxcheri
^^ positively repulsive isn`t it?
Trinie
blonde hair is hot!
think!IMAGINARILY
Some have natural blonde highlights. mellow.gif
People always seem to think it's dyed.
ldyxluvable
i think if their skin light enough they can pull it off but the dark skin ehh no offence but it make you look like a hood-rat
Nugget
lolol. i had blonde highlights. yeeeah, that was like, a year ago and i still have the longass roots. i'm gonna get the dye boxes, though. i miss my dark hair. ;[
hollywoodvixen
It definitely depends on HOW you dye it. I'm asian (well half but I look pretty asian), and I have white blonde/pink/purple hair.but mostly jet black/blue hair And I think the way i've done it isn't as bad as the full head orange/blonde hair that a lot of asian girls do.
myv_she_lol
It depends on the person!!! like....Gackt!!! hes a total hottie! and he dyed his hair blonde...not everyone has the face to go with blonde hair. i personally like it on SOME asians. :) but black on asians will always win over blonde. dark hair is sexy!!
miiichellley
Uh, it's just like clothes, i guess. Looks good on some, looks horrible on others. I've seen it work out okay on some asians.
multifaceted
i have black hair and having blonde hair... would make me quite scary to look at...!

i don't believe in dying hair... i think the hair you were born with makes you the most prettiest...

think about MK and Ash... MK went platinum blond and looked like a ghost... Ash went as a brunette and looked scary as well... like something from the Addam Family...

in the end they went back to their natural color.
liloandstitchx3
It only works when it looks good on you. If you try and force to make it work, no way.

Same goes with the eyeliner. And I'm not just talking about Asian people.
PINAYSTER
a lot of asians dye their hair..
especially at my school!
so i don't really care
a painefull euphoria
depending on the facial features and the skin color id say it be ok.
ive seen alot of asians have blonde hair but then again they have a lighter skin color
Intercourselyts
Its going to be different for everyone I believe. Although on the many I've seen it on it doesn't look all that great. pinch.gif
x1227x
Honestly, I don't really like it. It looks weird on asian people. (Well at least in my opinion) I don't necessarly think of it as a disgrace, but some people do. Really, I don't really like it that much, so I voted no.
