Well, for one thing you didn't completely color her hair, there's still some gray. Very nice job on the lips and eyes. Hmm...I see what you mean about it feeling unfinished. I'm not sure what you should add/fix, other than the hair.

i tried to the hair but i think it's because of the lighting. It the light shining on her hair. But I'll try to get it not to look like that again.

the eyes are wayyy to saturated. the skin is really pale so it looks funny.. umm the hair is ok.. all in all i like it.

You missed out part of the skin. It looks like the chin goes straight up but it doesn't...if that makes any sense. The hair is red at parts. The left side of the hair looks too light. The eyeball part at the right of the iris is too white. And anoher bit near the chin it stops the yellowness and goes orange o.o. and if you looks to the left of the lips and go along to where the skin ends and the hair starts the line shouldnt be so straight/blunt.
