im looking for this website that translates what you type into sound files.

it's like this...

"hello, how are you today" and then a button to say what you wrote and PRESTO, you have a sound file...does anyone know what im talking about?

Are you sure that it's a wesbite and not a program, because I don't think there's a website of that sort.

Dude, I have no idea...
Sounds like this would be better in Technology, the people that post in there tend to be smarter in that area.

AT&T had a such a webpage, when they were demonstrating some sort of text-to-voice technology they were developing for the web; I don't know if it's still operable anymore.

i know that there was a site loooong time ago where you could type...let's say... "hello my name is annie" and then you could use different voices to say it for you...it's not an animation though...but that's a nice site :P

I don't know of a site that could text to voice and make a file. But on most windows systems it comes built in with a text to voice thing.

It's somewhere in the control panel...

Control Panel -> Sound, Audio, Speech Devices -> Speech -> Text-To-Voice

I don't think it makes files, but you can try...
