I have a header on my LJ, and whenever I roll the mouse arrow over it, the thing pops up where you can save the pic, e-mail it, etc. I want to get rid of that. Is there a way I can do that?

If you're using Internet Explorer, that thing pops up no matter what, it's not a code issue or anything..

But to get rid of it, go to Tools > Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, and scroll down to Multimedia. You should see "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" and "Enable Image Toolbar". That may not be exactly what it says, but they're right next to each other. Just clear those checkboxes, click okay, and restart your browser.
