Are you aloud to where hats at your school..during the school day???

I kno at my school if your hats are not off by the beginning of homeroom and you are caught with them on you get one night of detention and you hat taken away....but i dont think its right some ppl feel more comfortable with a hat on...they say it is a sign of direspect to wear at hat indoors but i dont see how it is...its like many of the teachers have earned your respect ne ways....what you think bout it?

wat the... u have to PAY for hat day? Thats fat. We have a free hat day once and they say hat points can poke an eye out... i say WAT ABOUT BEANIES? "you might transfer lice"

hahaha maybe schools are the cheap these days.....we are having a hat day tomarrow to raise money for a lil girl at he primary school so she can get a new wheel chair or something but i paid my dollar....my hat makes it easier for my to sleep in class

yea same at mah skool no hats no nothin! i asked why to one of mah teachers <well ALL of them> and they all said the same thing "well we dont know wat ur doing when u bow ur head down and u have ur hat on u might not be paying attention or u might be listening to music and hiding ur headphones in ur hat an blah blah blah....." lol i was like i dont think u can hide HEADPHONES under a HAT lol but they just left and told me to stop asking so many questions.lol well i think we should wear hats i mean wat if we have a REALLY bad hair day < like i sometimes do> or a bad haircut? we should be able to

in my school people can wear hats..sometimes teachers will ask u to take them off in the class but thats about it..it all depends on the teacher and if he/she will let u have them on..a couple of my teachers wouldnt let meh wear my hoodie up because i use to listen to my music all the time and they didnt like that..but i think it stupid to make people take the hats/hoodies ect off..i can understand about the music but i dont see why they make hats a big deal....as long as people dont get cought listening to music i dont see whats wrong wit them u kno..some teachers say because they want to see ur face n make sure ur not sleeping.i think thats stupid..but thats what i think..

yes, its a school rule to not wear hat indoors, but people really dont care. i wear my hat till im asked to take it off, and then i put it back on like 5 minutes later.

and at night school, you can wear whatever. im mean... whatever...

At my school, we're only allowed to wear hats with our schools name=\ sucks, but i don't wear hats anyways, so it's all good

i personally don't do drugs, but i know a lotta people who do. some of my friends were idiots and lit a joint by the track during p.e. but the teacher didn't care so...

at one point my old highschool allowed hats then u got baseball bat fights gun sightings and that was the end of it, they even wanted it so that we couldnt wear our backpacks around the school.

Hats are allowed but have to school logo on them. Beanies are okay they dont need to have any special logos.

thats why when school spirit week rolls around just before all vacations we have hat day. more people dress up for hat day than anything else lol

we cant wear headbands, flip flops or tanktops either....... love my flips

in high school we were allowed to wear hats whenever..and in college..we're allowed to too LoL

in highschool, hats were allowed, but some teachers wouldn't want there students to wear hats, so they would ask the peoplle to take them off in class. beanies and i think there called doo rags weren't allowed though.

Nope we aren't we actually can't even dye our hair in certain colors cause they are dumb.

No hats. They see you wearing a hat, some security guard lady comes and yells into your ear. Then you take off the hat and get out of sight of the lady and put the hat back on.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

They just don't allow hats during class, but during passing time which is really really low then they don't mind. That's pretty much it. They don't band anything else.

they aren't allowd but epople still wear them if an adminsitrator sees you with one they take it. we can wear hoods though. I wore my hood up all day last week, cuz i sleeping and my hair got messed up. I love hoods for that fact

yeah i have "hat day". you have to pay a buck to get a sticker to put on your hat. and if the teachers think its too distracting then you have to take it off.

yeah we're aloud at my school. Only on science classes,we can't wear hats,but then in my english class my teacher allows hats along as you can see your eyes..but the problem is some people have dark skins..an big brims..then you can't really see the eyes..but either way their allowed here.

At my high school u cant ware any t-shirt that has the number 13 on it...nope we cant ware hats

nope, my school is really stupid....they don't allow anything. almost every morning they check whether our skirts are too high or if guys are sagging or if our shorts are too short..blah blah blah. it's like we can't wear anything. and if you do wear something that's " inappropriate" then we have to go to the cafeteria and get a referral. great huh? ....and were not allowed to wear hats unless it's hat day. but if it's hat day then we have to pay like 1 or 2 dollars to wear a hat.
