Has anyone seen these movies or read these books? Oh how I love vampires...oh how I share the love for these movies as well.

I think Stuart Townsend might be my new infatuation.

Anywho, I haven't read the books, but for all of you that have, what do you think of it? Also, what do you people think of the movies?

Sweetblood is an awesome book. Its about vampires..or.. somewhat like that. Its the book that inspired me with my other screenname.
I saw the movie.
Dude, when the little girl and the mom vampire were locked in that chamber. Then the sun slowly rose...that was sad.

Oh yeah! It was all Korn! Well, at least I think so. I can recognize Jonathan Davis's voice anywhere.

Hmm...I didn't even hear of this movie that much...did they say why they didn't like it? Hehe.

Haha yeah, I didn't like the storyline of the second one, but LeStat is hotter in the second...

I've read the books. Anne Rice is a bloody genius.
I love Luois and Lestat to itsy bitsy little pieces. I know that's an odd thing to say about a vampire, but it's true. Claudia is an interesting character, as well. So young but sooo full of evil. You have to feel sorry for her, though. And Gabrielle, Lestats mumsy, just kinda bugged me. Dunno why. Just did.
Luois + Lestat = <3
I need to see the movies. Desperately.
Has anyone heard of/seen the musical Lestat? I saw it yesterday via bootleg videos on www.youtube.com.

I LOVE QUEEN OF THE DAMNED. Stuart Townsend = mine

&& the soundtrack is amazing, because Jay Gordon sings on it.

he should have sung all the songs instead of Jonathan Davis.

Interview With a Vampire is quite possibly the best modern (as in recent) Vampire film. Fantastic film.
On the other hand,
Queen of the Damned was a piece of trash. I truly disliked that movie. Very uncool.

I loved the books, and the movie version of Interview with the Vampire is awesome. I liked it better than the book, actually. Tom Cruise played a great Lestat and Brad Pitt and Kristen Dunst did a decent job too. On the other hand, Queen of the Damned was crap. The guy who played Lestat (I don't even know his name) did a horrible, horrible job and he doesn't fit the character, in my opinion. They trashed the book man! My sister loved it though... just cuz ... was it Aaliyah who played the queen? (lol sorry >.< not familiar)

Yep, that's pretty much it in a nutshell. That and Antonio Banderas + Brad Pitt + (vintage, pre-insanity) Tom Cruise = absolute total burning hottness. But parts of
Interview made me laugh hysterically, I don't remember why.
