ok ive posted about the 'friends with benefits'
he asked me to go with him to our formal dance, and i accepted since i like him. that day i was laying on his bed watching tv (there were like 4 more people there [3 guys counting him and 3 girls]) he then put one of his arm around my waist. sorta like hugging. i didnt know what to do and plus i was cold and it made me a bit warmer. then his friends brother was like what are you doing, and he said like oooOOoooOoo and stuff, but he didnt care. he let go a few times but after he does it again. i just dont know what hes trying to do, and what that ment we were just friends but is he trying to be more? i dont know what to say to him anymore.

maybe he likes you, and wants to get closer
maybe he just thinks that's a friendly gesture.
why not ask him? that's the only way you're going to find out

seems to me that he likes you... don't be afraid to ask him if he does.

Think about it, there are so many other ways he can hug you. Why the waist? ;)

he's definetly trying to go for more than friends. or maybe just "friends with benefits," but he doesn't want a gf. you could either ask him straight up or respond to him the next time he does something like that and see how it goes.
