well, if i was you, i definately would bring it up. you're right, it isn't fair that she's having a relationship with the both of you.
you need to be straight forward with this. tell her that this is unacceptable. this isn't something that you need to like ease into a conversation. this is the start of a conversation. you should talk to her in person about this though.
however, are you sure that she knows that you want to be exclusive? maybe when she told you about that other guy, she thought it was okay to have him too...but i kind of doubt it. no one really wants to share anyone.

very true. tell her how you feel, don't hold anything back. and if this isn't what both of you are really looking for, then maybe you should find someone else.

she knows she has a bf already, why is she still having a long distance relationship with someone else?! you definately have to bring it up, if not you're probably the one that will get hurt. if she refuses to listen and still continues this online long distance relationship thing, then it's time to move on
