ummm I'm not sure if this is even allowed here but I wanted to know how you can restart your entire computer...well not really restart I'm not sure what it's called. because my computer is working slower than usual and I wanted to do that and i know its possible but i just dont know how! can someone please help. and again sorry if its not allowed here =)

You can restore it to an earlier time. [before it got slow.] If you decide to do that, you can Pm me if you want.
edit// or you can just try deleting some pictures and documents that you don't need anymore.

You can try defragmenting your computer and running ScanDisk/Disk Cleanup. They can all be started if you go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools. But do them one at a time and restart your computer after defragmenting.

And get rid of anything in your computer that you're sure you don't need.

run virus scan.

remove unused programs.

remove items from startup.
