I have photoshop and I tried to make some kind of pencil-like filter for a picture and nothing came out like this. Ehh.. I remember seeing a tutorial about something like this but I can't find it anywhere.

See how she did something to make the pictures look like they were "hand drawn" I don't know how to do that.
