not many people have heard or seen this anime which is a shame since it is, in my opinion, the best anime to date.

I saw half of the first episode.
It was real confusing!

I've heard about it, but never really taken much interest in it to check what it was about.

you probably watched the edit on the anime network.
You dont get the true experience unless you watch the dvd volumes.

its about a highschool student named Kei Kurono who, along with a child hood friend named Kato, dies saving a bum from getting run over by a train. They are both transported to a room containing a group of people and a giant black ball...... if I told you anymore i think it would ruin the show.
But, seriously pick this one up. It has great art, the voice acting is solid, and the story is brilliant. o by the way, its very graphic (if you've seen elfen lied, its more graphic than that).

its actually very little action. its mostly driven by charachter development through events that lead to the action, though the action plays a huge role in the show. The parts hat are violent, however, are very graphic (itts right up there with berserk), so if you get queasy very quickly i dont reccomend it. if ur a able to stand it tho, this is one the best anime's out there, throwing plot twists at you all the time.Right now im waitin for vol.10 to hit and im on the edge of my seat!

sad that so many have missed out on this show. Truly one of anime's finest!!

OMG yes I love GAntz!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've seen all the current episodes that appear on my T.V only on Fridays. The last one I saw, was when (I forgot her name right now) the girl with the big boobs, she died, well pretty much everyone died. I liked that girl Sae, and the sniper, he was cool. Oh and that things with the arms, it turned into that jerk with the glasses. OMG the show is awsome, but its not necessarilyPG 13!! lmao. I cant belive Kai said to K so blantly "So why did you f*ck me?" O wow

OMG! I love Gantz. But I've only seen the manga. the plot is really interesting (for me anyway). The story is almost done already in the manga and its really shame the manga is about to end even though it's still at chapter 200 and ongoing. the team that edited the manga had this one special where everybody was talking in l33t. >:D god, that was hilarious.

This inspired me to check the anime out. I have seen up to episode four so far. I really like how the plot is developing, but I don't really care much for the animation or anything else so far. I like weirder animes though [Think, Serial Experiments Lain and BoogiePop Phantom], so this may end up working out for me. I'll probably finish it sometime.
