well no one can really teach you to make a layout but you can learn techniques like blending and adding brushes to help you progress and just add like a square blog. you really just need to practice

ok i hope this helps search 4 a lot of module codes 4 layouts (there is some on cb) then put the codes in the box that says html and paste most of them on there but some code u'll have to put it on website stats!
& u can make bannners and backgrounds 4 ur layout....just host it on tinypic.com. then tinypic will give u url ...then to put it in the layout...go look through all the codes....it will usually say body <img scr=" " put ur url between the quotations!

then ur all done! i REALLY hope this helps
