I think this should be in Health.
Anyways, I lost a lot of weight a few years ago when I was training for triathlons. I did it in about the time frame that you want also. Triathlons include 3 parts: swimming, biking, and running. Swimming is just about the best thing that you could do to exercise. Make sure you do one of those activities every day. After a few weeks, try going from one thing to the next (example: biking to running). It's called a block workout and it's a lot more intense. Hope this helps.

You can safely lose about 2-3 pounds per week.

Umm. For a diet, you should just watch what you eat. some diets can be really dangerous and unhealthy, but watching what you eat can lower your pounds a little each day. And um, do excersises like heewee said. XD Swimming defintely made me lose a whole bunch of weight, and it wasn't intended. eat a healthy dinner, ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST (i heard on the news you gain weight from missing breakfast), and eat a healthy lunch.

Breakfast gives your metabolism a 'kick-start', so to speak. Eating smaller portions of food more often will increase your metabolsim.

Weights burn your fat but you gain muscle which weights more.
Lacrosse coach makes us hit the weightroom almost everyday but I go everyotherday for about 1.5 hours. In the past 2 weeks I think I gained 5 lbs..

the sit ups really do help though! my bro used to be fat but hes now all buff n everything (he did like 200 sit ups per day, regardless of his fat, he had abs.... he wasnt always fat

)
few tips: eat slowly (chew alot), never sit down after eating (walking around lightly for an hour)
-->> soccer, yoga, tae kwon do, running

ehh, are you sure that youre only eating fruit? you need carbs and calories to keep your body strong.

I don't think that is very healthy Max. You need to eat a lot more than just grapes.
When trying to lose weight, eating right is just as important as exercising.
