Hello there... I found this site when one of my fans reported a user was making blog layouts using my artwork.

I did not give this user permission to use my work. They have taken my name and website URL off the drawings and replaced it with " © " and their own name. This is
a case of art theft....and I need to know how I can go about reporting them.. I'd appreciate your help!

Could you provide the layouts they used and your website?

as far as I can tell, every single one of her layouts is work stolen from popular aritsts on Deviantart... and she takes credit for all of them by stamping her false
"© OOOLAALAA " all over them I wonder if she even knows what shes doing
is theft... if any moderators see this, I think it would be a good idea to send her a message warning her that what shes doing is wrong

hmmm. A lot of designers take images and use them for their layouts, I don't see where she claims to make the images but she should give you credit and ask before she uses them.

well she took my "www.queenofdorks.com" off (or on the other pictures, the signatures of the respective artists) and replaced it with " © ooolaalaa " so she IS claiming them as her own. deliberatly removing credit from the artists, and stamping her own name on it

ok well i deleted those skins and am giving her a warning
looks like there might be more from dev art in her skins, i'll ask her about it thanks
