what do women want the most answer espeacially girls?

All I've really wanted was to live happily. I don't need a love partner but it would be nice to have one. I've always wanted to be a good friend for everyone who I don't dislike.

I think that the one thing that most women would want is reliable emotional support. Whether that emotional support comes from a partner (male or female), family, or friends...it is still craved by many females.

to know that she's wanted
to be treated well, and not looked down upon
to know that there is someone there for them no matter what
to have a shoulder to cry on, someone that will hear her when she's upset

It's funny that women say they don't want players. But the definition of a player is someone who gets a lot of women and plays the field. Obviously, a lot of women like him or he wouldn't be a player. Contradiction? Hmm...
