I added an FTP Username and Password for a subdomain, but I have no idea to access it. Does anybody else know how?

The host is the FTP server to which you wish to connect.

i.e. if your website is (urban-esque.com) then that's what your host is, correct? or no?

Usually. Depending on how the server is set up, it could be ftp.urban-esque.com.
