The basic assumption today is that the guy should be taller than the girl. Do you agree? Would you date a girl who was a bit taller than you? Would it be an issue?


Just curious of what the male mind thinks.

I would not be averse to dating someone a few inches taller than I am, no. Maybe even more than a few inches.

It seems like girls are more worried about the height issue than guys, though, so I guess maybe it'd be up to her.

I discourage it, but it doesn't matter.

well, it's not preferrable, but i'd work with it.

I think I would really date a girl who I'm taller with. But, if she's taller than me, I wouldn't mind I guess, just feels awkward. It's depending on the relationship.

No it wouldn't, but it would be a bit awkward if the girl was taller than me.
I heard some where that females hit puberty faster than males, so girls get taller in the beginning.

It would feel a tad bit weird, but I there is not much of a real issue.

i'd prefer guys to be taller than me, but if im taller, it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

I would be in genuine shock if I could find a girl that was over 6'7" tall.

well im not a guy but i am prety dam tall.taller than most guys

uh well... this happened to me.. it feels awkward... i guess i;m just old fashioned and am used to guys being taller.. but yea... i;m only like an inch taller but it still feels pretty weird...

aw man, i would love the challenge of dating a taller girl. i'd LOVE IT! i know this girl from denmark. she is absolutly stunning. shes 6'0 tall. nothing going on between us i think, i just find her really attractive. shes really fun to talk to. i would not mind dating her at all. it would be hott. i would be like yeah, this is my girl... WATCHU GOT ON THIS, SON????

i like being taller than girls. girls that are taller than me (Im about 6ft.2in.) are usually pretty akward shaped or just plain ugly.

anyway i think the girl can be taller, but i personally wouldn't want a guy shorter than me but just because i'm only 5"2. so a guy under 5"2 would be like... woah very short.
