THANK you. And I was one of the first people reading this and have pretty strong opinions on some of the people involved.

I think that Nicki overstepped her bounds, but I think maybe Steven is overreacting. She apoligized. I don't think this is worth demodding or unregistering.

I was just about to close this before it got worse. Half the responses in here are spam, so unless you have something meaningful/helpful to contribute, don't even bother posting. If you do, you're getting a warning level increase without a verbal warning.

well, i'm sure that there are certain circumstances where a deletion (is that a word? ) is needed so in that case...the moderator's actions (deleting the post) would be justified.

example: like when that one person made a awful post in that one girl's post about her dead baby...or something like that.

but she deleted her own posts where she and james where spamming back and forth. then she deleted me and sandys posts where we told her politely to stop spamming. maybe you should reread the first post, i think that explained things pretty well.

Anyway, Frankie -- I agree, thanks for stepping in.

You know, moderators ARE supposed to set an example for other members, but I admit that we all make mistakes. It's true that at times we should be more stricter when enforcing rules or that sometimes we may seem to strict. We aren't perfect. Nicki did apologize, but I agree that many things said here by many members were out of line. As for editting posts, that shouldn't have happened, unless there is a good reason, such as profanity or member bashing.

Mona - Good idea. Nicki, maybe you do need time off. We all have problems to deal with, but that shouldn't be an excuse for your behavior. But I'm glad that you tried to handle it rationally in the end.

Other members--even though it's "anonymous," I know you all KNOW that profanity is prohibited--or at least, SHOULD KNOW.

From now on and in the future, let's learn from this: Rules and regulations apply to EVERYONE. It should've always been, and it's sad to say, these rules have been broken. Consequences always follow. Case closed.
