we recently download microsoft office 2003. the disc we used was a copy made by a guy at my dads work. when i first installed it, it asked if i wanted to set up his email account in outlook express 2003...so i did.

now, he cant send emails or recieve emails. he uses his email regularly and asked me to fix it, but cant seem to find help anywhere on the microsoft site.

can anyone help? the sooner the better.

make sure that the pop3 access is configured correctly.

it was because i found a site that said how to set it up.
