I dont know what to do with the exponet like the one question is.....

what do i do with the exponets?

Then another question is to find the product

2c squared d (4cd- dsquared)

If you're dividing, you subtract the exponents.. so for the first one you would get 3d.... for the second one.. I don't understand the question.. from how you wrote it...

In that case...when all the numbers and variables of the numerator and the denominator are multipled together, you can "cancel out" some things.

Like the d^2 (d squared) and the 7 on the top and bottom. You can cross those out, and now you're left with 9/3. You can simplify that as 3.

In that case...use this as an example.

a(b-c) = ab-ac

Soooo.

2c^2d(4cd-d^2) = (2c^2d)(4cd) - (2c^2d)(d^2)

And you can figure that by yourself. =p
