instead of just bringing up a bunch of topics that may pertain to the bylaws, how about we do it in a more organized manner, by following a structure/model and bringing up topics in a orderly manner?

i think this process would be a lot faster if we followed a structure and bring up topic/article in a orderly manner instead of just talking about random topics to put in the bylaws

remember bylaws aren't the COMPLETE rules and regulations, its a set of organizational rules to follow

Actually, James (racoons > you) offered to do this after we had definite by-laws approved. And we do know that the by-laws have to be written in a certain manner. :]

actually, this was the format i was going to use, just about.

during debate however, it is easier and sipler to use a less formal style, so that it is more accessible to all of CB

im pretty sure james is using this format, were just finalizing all the bylaws. theres no need to get them in order now, because we are still discussing.
