Well....I know how to do it..but like..on my last test..I missed a lot of stuff..so it took off a lot of points from my grade...so..if there is another pair of whatever, then please point it out. if i did something wrong, please point it out to me. thanks!!

5. Chester recieved an American patent for the earmuffs at the age of eighteen.
adjective: American modifies: patent (i have a feeling there is another adjective in this sentence)
