i liked this guy for about 1 year and we hang out often. i told him i liked him and he said its okay that i liked him. i thought he liked me back beacuse he started to treat me as his girl friend like holding hands and yeh... at first i didnt really notice until now but he stopped treating me like that for awhile (few weeks) we still talk but it just feels werid talking to him. my friend said hes a jerk, beacause he like people liking him. she told him "she doesnt like you anymore", and he said "WHY!!! ):" that got me stumped if he liked me or not im not sure what to do. any ideas?

Yah...first of all tell your friend to stay out of your business. She basically went up to him and told him a lie about your feelings for him. If i were you, i wouldn't let that slide. So i'd talk to her about it. Then i'd go up to him and tell him that I did care for him. He's probably backing off because he thinks you don't feel for him anymore and he scared you off. So stand up for yourself!

you should ask him, before you regret it...its a lose lose situation might as well do it. you'll regret it either way if he says no i mean. so might as well.
